conference on 8th years of speech of Com.Gonjalo

The chairman of the PCP comrade Gonjalo was arrested in 1992 by the puppet
Fujimori regime in a direct involvement of CIA.After
his capture the reactionaries propagated that the people’s war in Peru
has finished. The Interview from the prison cell and the speech in 1992
played important role to fight the reactionary propaganda even after they
tried to plant, But it was not stopped and going ahead the puppet regime
tried to manipulate and spread the illusion to suppress the new democratic
revolution in Peru. The Peruvian regime used its all the instruments and
arrested the second leadership Com. Pheliciano. The Opportunists, revisionists
and reactionaries accepted in a same voice that the PCP chairman Gonjalo
asked for peace and surrender. This drama was planted by the Fujimori and
CIA which was completely false and introduced by the reactionaries. If
the case is not that why the reactionary state could not bring him in television
publicly and why didn’t allowed to visit Com. Gonjalo with journalists,
lawyers, and doctors and human rights defenders? It is a clear if the Gonjalo
asked to negotiat the peace without any condition then it would served
100% to the reactionaries and revisionists.
So the PCP has decided now to continue the people’s war by the plenum of PCP which elected Com. Julio as its leader. It passes through the vast two line struggle which ultimately come on the side of revolutionaries. Now the PCP and its people’s army is daring several actions against the Peruvian puppet regime and its military. They are successfully launching their actions into the reactionary camps. Now, the party has decided to continue the people's war until. In this occasion; the PCP and its generated organisation organised a programme to celebrate the 8th years of Master speech of Chairman Com. Gonjalo which emphasised to grasp the Gonjalo thought to fight the enemy. The PCP has claimed in Peruvian context the Gonjalo thought is the correct analysis, use and the combat weapon of the Party and MLM.
In Germany on 21st of
the October MPP organised a conference to celebrate the occasion, which
later on 28th of Oct. organised in Austria. In the programme
of Frankfurt Germany the representatives of Maoist communist party of Italy,
TKP-ML, International Nepal Solidarity Forum, Germany addressed and emphasised
to the international importance of the people's war and the international
campaign to fight the enemies. In the conference com. Chattan represented
on behalf of the INSOF, revolution support committee. The conference made
the following resolution with appealing to international masses to defend
the life of Gonjalo by pressurising the Peruvian state by different means.
The only the ultimate way to victory is the revolution. In the programme
the revolutionary music and dances were presented by the MPP and Latin
American artists. The Revolutionary Internationalist Movement (RIM) committee
also sent the written statement for the conference.
