Exile and Migrant Nepalese Protested State Crime

On June 22^nd/ Brussels, Nepalese people's war support committee, Belgium handover a protest memorandum to the Prime-minister of Nepal, Girija Prasad Koirala through the Nepalese Embassy of Brussels by a delegation team of exile Nepalese and Migrants and refugees. It is well known fact that the Nepalese government violated its own constitutional laws as well as international laws and norms about the civil war. During four and half years of insurgency the Nepalese people's war is getting massive support of masses and able to establish base areas where elected united people's committees are forming and exercising people's power, first time in the history of Nepal. But, by this growing people's power the so-called democratic government fell in to its own real form and character by killing more than 1300 sons and daughters of the people, raped and gang-raped thousands of girls and women, unlimited pillage and almost 200 disappearances. This all shocked whoever if they have feeling of humanity. But there is massive lack of human sensibility among the ruling elites who are swimming on the pond of blood, swear of the masses which generated massive poverty. Now the world progressive masses and Nepalese exiles and migrants have supporting the revolutionary struggle, only a alternative, after the so-called multi-party democracy fallen on the hand of fascist NC traitors' party which is collaborating US backed Indian Expansionism. Now the People's War is getting support from many countries migrant and exile Nepalese, like India, US, Germany, Australia, UK etc. Here presented a full text of protest letter against human rights violations and suppression and support to the People's war in Nepal under the leadership of communist party of Nepal (Maoist).

It is quite transparent in the political history of Nepal that instead of promoting people's career and safeguarding the limited democratic rights achieved by the peope's movement of 1990, the Nepalese regime has been joining its neck with the feudalists and reactionary elements for the betrayal of people's liberation. There is never found any reforms in the way of oppressed people by the government holding power with the conspiracy, fascist way and the deceptive diplomacy. On the contrary, it is obviously known that the government is backing up the corruption, price increasing, and treasonable activities since 1991 by raping, disappearing andgrowing the series of killing those people who always resisted the notorious policy of over ambitious government.

Almost 1500 citizen have been killed and more than 100 have been disappeared in the way of suppression to 'people's war'which is mobilised under the leadership of CPN (Maoist) since 13^th of February 1996. According to the activities such as many villages including Khara have been changed into ash by setting on fire, mass killing of unarmed people and raping etc. Here, of course, the question is risen: is this a democratic exercise or hitlery execise ?

Right honourable prime minister, after the people's movement in 1990 you and your party led by you have been most of the times in the government using the power as a while terrorist with Fascist way. So you are and must be responsible for the political instability, treasoning and for the fascistisation.

From 1991 onwards, is not there any corruption in the country ? if there is, then when and which political leader, minister or the higher level bureaucrats have become under any ligal action ? All the Nepalese people in the country and abroad need the reply of this question.

So far as we, the Nepalese from abroad, have concieved there is never possible to stop the revolution of people's liberty by any fascist suppression. Rather they are flaming more and more as like oil putting on the fire. The history is always witness in front of us that all of the liberation oriented people are success to go ahead by smashing not only the forts of paoers but also of irons which are constructed in order to protect the mischivious, corrupt, treasoner, fascist and absobent person.

We want the government should acknowledge to CPN (Maoist) as an alternative political power which has driven a programme to succeed the people's new democratic revolution to make the country liberated from the semi-feudal, semi-colonial circustances and we insist to solve the problems by creating an environment of peaceful talk and we want the government to be aware in time not to push the country into the ditch of civil war finally we demand to accept the articles of Geneva convention on war by making out clearly declaration over the situation of more than 200 kidnapped, disappeared citizens, leaders including Dinesh Sharma, the central leader of CPN (Maoist), and we like to inform that here with this letter, is attached a recommendation with the signatures on behalf of the 17 communist parties of the world in against of savage conduct and state terror of Nepal government.
