3rd of May the Maoist guerrilas set a explosion in a local Betrabati bazaar between Nuwakot and Rasuwa. According to the police officer of Nuwakot guerrillas seized a twelvebore gun from a local residents feudal Iswarlal shreshtha. They also cut the telephone line. There is a special police police operation is launching by police.

Baglung, 3rd of May- the Revolutionary students have taken action to local drunkers. On May 2 they insulted and beaten two student volunteers who were preparing District conference. The group of students made three drunker hundred times sit and stand with holding their ears infront of their parents and local people. They also mentioned that they will not let to the bad conduct and anti-people behaviour.

The police beaten him very badly and ordered to shot him. The locals gathered and collected the proofs. The next day peolple came in street and protest. For the systematic struggle they formed a coordination committee which launched a protest action. The local market and the government offices were remained closed. Because of the bigger protest the government formed a bureucatic and police commission to investigate. Locals in tens of thousands sorrounded the commission and the commission decided to suspend the police officer and a policemen who were responsible for the murder. Now the case is at the district court.the government agreed to pay compensation to the family of victims. The commission is prommised to withdraw the commando force from the district.

The Hasta Bahadur Budhathapa was a policemen and resigned with refusing to go in the maoist area. His resignation was not approved. There are hundreds of other policemen whose resigation are not accepted. The police was killed him in the charge of Maoist. During the whole struggle the police hided inside the barrack. This is a symbolic victory of the people against the criminal government and police regime.
