Naked instance of criminality and state terror

Kathmandu/18 Jan. - The state terror and criminality is reached out of order and humanity. The police continuing to kill the ordinary-civilian people through out the country in the name of Maoists. There is a genuine question that if somebody believes in Maoist politics-ideology then he has not right to alive???
Last Saturday evening, Police killed NINE civilian people who were celebrating a traditional “Maghe Sakranti” (a day of the sun turning to south) festival and organised to a cultural programme. Police suddenly appeared and started to shot the people who came in front of them without any warning and understanding the environment and the purpose of gathering. In this incident nine people are killed and hundreds others are injured. All those are the civilian. Among the injured people seven are admitted in Nepalgunj hospital and other are in local hospital. Police didn’t allowed to meet those injured people.

This is a very serious incident in the Nepalese history as well as humanity. Police tried to manipulate this incident and justify it. According to mainstream media police received a information about the cultural programme that is organised by maoists supoorters, and on this base of information they organized sudden attack and later they search whole night house to house until 4 o'’lock and killed people. Among them two were suspected to be a sympathiser of Maoist party. This incident shows that how the police are killing people and trying to justify them.

Same time 17th of Jan The Home minister com Communication minister Purna Bahadur Khadka and his criminal police reject to enter to collect the news for private sector newspapers where he was going to speake in a meeting but the police provide entrance for governments journalists. This shows the government wanted to broadcast introduced material.

The main opposition party in parliament (UML) accused government for the killing of innocent civilians. The press released signed by secretary of UML central office Bishnu Paudel mentioned that the central police team blindly fired in to the masses who were observing the cultural programme and killed Madan Chalauni, Teke Kami of UML; Jaharsingh Chalauni and his son of rulling Nepli congress Party and other innocent people. He demanded to investigate independently and to punish the responsible criminal authorities.
