A general outline of the type of illegal retaliatory punishments inflicted upon SHU prisoners

.) Creations of false informant informations and disciplinary reports against the prisoner

.) Obstructions of and disappearances of incoming and outgoing mail (personal family mail), including legal mail to or from attorneys and courts (and news media)

.) Denial and obstructions of medical and dental care

.) Deliberate exposure of prisoners to diseases and viruses, such as T.B. and Hepatitis

.) Frequent cell searches in which all the prisoners properties are thrown all over the cell, often damaging personal photos of family and personal property such as a T.V. or radio, etc.

.) Delays and denials of visits with family members and friend who may travel the great distance for a visit

.) Misdelivery of mails to different prisoners who may be enemies

.) Causing administrative appeals and complaints to disappear

.) Physical beatings and threats of beatings
