Born in 1902 on Pine Ridge, Cecelia Jumping Bull dedicated her entire life to the Native Struggle. Grandma Jumping Bull was the first to offer her ranch to AIM. It was on her ranch that the 1975 firefight erupted which resulted in the incarceration of Leonard Peltier.
