The so called king of Nepal dissolved the Parliament with pretending of recommendation by the prime minister Deuba. Deuba is just a stooge for the king and the imperialists powers. Deuba was just returning from the visit with US President Bush and UK Premier Tony Blair last week who were interested to intervene in the internal conflict of Nepal. The Nepalese people have only the right to change their system or government what ever they need. The prediction who was behind the breaking of the dialogue is became clear right now.

The king who also announced the date for the new election in November 13, but it is just to show green grass for the main opposition. In fact there would not be election for years. Because the government who want to extend the emergency for another six month how can be a election.

As the imperialists and the expansionists wanted to mobilise the army to fight against its own people, the king Birendra hesitated to follow the interest of the enemies of the Nepal and Nepalis. The consequence was the Royal massacre where almost his political allies and family killed and The Gyanendra his brother replaced in thrown. As the observers and the democratic forces considered it that Gynendra was involved together with his son and the army chief in a massacre which would led the nation as in a deep crisis and return to the autocratic system.

This move is to invite the foreign invaders to Nepal and carry out the crime against the humanity and the nation. The move also destroyed the limit democratic rights achieved in 1990s peoples movement. A week ago Com. Prachanda, the chairman of Nepal Communist Party (Maoist) urged the all the political parties and the democratic and patriotic forces for the co operation to save the achievements of the 1990s peoples movement. It was already indicating that the movement of the foreign elements specially the visit of the Indian and the American military experts and the officials for the ending of the rights of the people which we got from the struggle. Now the nation is heading towards the national war against the invaders and the their stooges and the agents from the palace and in political parties. It is time to unite all the democratic and patriots to resist all kinds of backward moves which begin with the dissolve of the parliament and the imposing the emergency. There is no right to announce the emergency for another term without the decision of the parliament. When the parliament dissolved then there would not any legitimacy of the emergency rather military dictatorship or the direct rule of king like Rana regime.

The Ruling Nepali Congress party Central committee had asked his party’s prime minister Deuba to turn down the proposal of the extension of the Emergency. The main opposition UML had decided to vote against the emergency. Nepali congress party and the CPN (UML) and other political parties have opposed the dissolve of parliament. Emergency must be supported by the two-third of the parliament. Emergency has given the power to the royal army what ever they like to do. The royal army butchered thousands of unarmed masses and the fighters of the Maoists party after arrested them.

We appeal with our humble request with the democratic, progressive and oppressed of the world and Nepal to resist the counter move and extortion of the limited democratic rights and genocide. The warlords of the world’s may support the counter move of the brother killer king and his stooge Deuba which should discourage and defeated by the people around the world.
