Military actions inevitably forwarded on the sequence of resistance

Nepal/ after the conspiracy of the government to avoid the dialogue with the CPN (Maoist) in "Dinesh Sharma" Drama, the government announced they mobilise the (RNA) Royal Nepalese Army to end the people's war and the people's believe. But the people of Nepal together with the people's guerilla army resisting the state terror as daily routine. Because it is clear that without resistance there is no security of their life and property. The government just launching the process of selling of the public property and the base of the life to foreigners in the name of privatisation. There are some listed actions of people's guerrilla army as below:

 1.Raid in Bohoragoun area base camp

18th November, saturday night at about 6.30 The people's guerrilla army raided an area striking police post in Bohoragoun village-7 of Baglung district which is just boader of Rolpa and pyuthan district. Bohoragoun is just another side of the Gama Village where the police and ruling parties memers had attacked a cultural programme just about a week before the initiation of people's war where thousands of people were participating. And this was forced the people absolutely necessity of armed resistance.

Bohoragoun is about 135 km distance from district HQ of Baglung and extremly neglected from the regime. The government provides 14 days of travel duration to go and come back from the Baglung Bazaar for bureaucrats for official travel.

In raid, 2 policemen killed and 4 other injured. According to the government mouthpiece Gorkhapatra police were restricted to surrender when people's army asked to surrender. In response when police fired back then the battle was started and ended in about three hours. PGA seized:- 3 0 3 rifles: 21, Pistols: 4, Magnum rifles: 4, ammunition: more than 500, communication set: 1, including other war materials.

According to the local a woman also killed by police shoting . There were 29 policemen stationed at the time of raid.

2. Bhachchek raid

The PGA successfully raided the Bhachchek police out post in Gorkha district, the central region of Nepal on 13th of November at about 17.00 to 22.00 PM. After a 5 hours of battle 18 policemen surrendered the guerrillas. The materials thereof was seized and destroyed the house by setting explosive. Even the police from district headquarter received news of attack but didn't move to help their colleagues by saying the fear of ambush. During fire exchange only a policeman injured and is normal condition. The PGA seized: 3nut 3 Rifle: 13, pistol: 3, ammunition: 1300, and a bullet proof and a communication set.

At the same time the PGA ambushed Harmi and Jaubari police assistance which shows the strongholds of the people's guerrilla army. But there is no report of any casualty.

3. Battle in Dorambabazaar Police station:

Just the following day of the press statement issued by Com. Prachanda to resist the government conspiracy and the repression the PGA taskforce attacked in a Dorambabazaar police station in Ramechhap district, eastern part of Nepal. It is the place where some days ago the govt. sent the RNA to protect the local administration. At the time of raid there were 21 policemen guarding.

In this raid: A policeman killed, 4 others injured, a police inspector Deelip Gurung was arrested. He was arrested to investigate his involvement in killing. But later from the investigation he was not found responsible for killing and handed over the local human rights representatives Balkrishna Sharma and Hom Pathak in a meeting in condition that he would be handover to his family and would make public. The Maoists were looking for inspector Tek Bahadur Gurung who was posted in Tokerpur and was responsible for killing and torture. The inspector Gurung was released from the people's court by respecting the international law effected on war.

From the raid PGA seized: Marker three rifle: 18, Mauser pistol: 4, shotgun: 1, communication set: 2, and 2400 ammunition.

4. Pyuthan Tiram raid

There is news of the armed raid in a Tiram police station of Pyuthan district the western part of Nepal. In a attack, a policeman Rajeswar Yadav is injured seriously on Sunday.

5. Action against the murderer

A murderer and a member of ruling NC General committee Bharat (Tul Prasad) Sherchan was killed by the Maoist guerrillas in Baglung Bazaar, district HQ of Baglung. He was shot by a small group of guerrillas when he was in a morning walk on 10th of November. He was known as a smuggler and a local tyrant in the area 1 hour of walking distance district HQ to west. Some time ago he lead the group of vigilante of NC to kill a guerrilla member Ram Gauchan in Palakot. The group of guerrillas were at that place to warn a youth squad member of NC to stopped and refund the illegal fees and charges in local school. It is the fact that the government already announced free of education up to 10th class. That time he miscommunicated the people that the looters are coming there and attacked the guerrillas but even the guerrillas were armed, they didn't attacked the local people. During that time he and some others captured Gauchan and killed him later with torture. So it is the revenge and the punishment of the killer. The source said they will punish other responsible also.

6. Sabotaged in distillery and a cold store of minister

13th of November/ the PGA exploded the newly cold store owned by the communication minister Jayaprakash prasad Gupta in Rajbiraj of Saptari district. The minister was known as one of the conspirator to make deviation from the dialogue and announced to deploy the RNA. The explosion destroyed the stairs of the under constructed cold storage building.

On the same time the PGA team carried out a sabotage action in Himal distillery industry. They set fire on a Maruti Gipsy and Motorbike. And they destroyed 400 cartoons of proceeded alcohol and 300 cartoons of half proceeded alcohol and processing machines also. The owner expelled all the Nepalese worker and producing harmful alcohol. It is well known that there is no supply of clean drinking water even in Kathmandu. But there are hundreds of alcohol industries which not only taken away the money and health but destroyed the country's nearly 30% of grains.

On this day there are sabotage actions reported in Kathmandu also. PGA members bomb attacked in a Bbansal electric store in Bhotebahal owned by a Indian businessman. He was warned last year also. Likewise, Pashupati spinning mills, Thimi Bhaktapur and a residence in Mahankal also warned by the bomb attack.

Similarly there are hundreds of actions and rallies are going on all over the country.
