Nation wide armed actions against fascism

Kathmandu/ On 14 and 15,Wednesday and Thursday the Communist Party of Nepal (Maoist) launched a nationwide special resistance actions. This was happen immediately after the attack of striking base camp in Panchkate of Jajarkot where 12 police commandos have been killed including a police inspector and a AI and three sergeant who compelled two families including children to bring under the bombing cover.

The some of reports as follows.

# Three policemen killed and three other injured in a guerrilla attack in the district of Mount Everest Solukhumbu where thousands of tourists comes every year for treaking. This is a first attack in this district on Wednesday night.

# A policeman and a local together injured in a ambush attack at Purkot policepost of Tanahun district.

# The guerrillas attacked in a police camp of Maidi, Dhading district. The police had captured the healthpost and used as police post where more than 2 hours crossfiring continued since 12.30.

# Guerrillas attacked in a Babiyachaur police post of Myagdi district where 2 policemen injured. The battle was ended when police surrendered. The guerrillas captured 16 rifles and a pistol and hundreds of ammunitions.

# Two policemen died and five injured in Gorkha district headquarter in an ambush laid by Maoist guerrillas. The police zeep which caught by ambush was returning from Patrol. The guerrillas captured 8 rifles and a revolver.

#  tourch rallies with firing

-there are several informations about tourch rallies and firing demonstration. There was a firing ralliy in the district headquarter of Khalanga. Where afraid policemen from the district Jail fired. In Mahat and airport also fired by guerrillas. In rally the demonstrators chanted slogans: long live CPN (Maoist); forward to develop the base zones.

-there were five different rallies in same time with torch in Kathmandu Valley. A police seargent injured in a petrol bomb attack in Lalitpur of Kathmandu valley. The rallies chanted slogans and distributed leaflets among the observing people.

- there are several crossfiring taken place in different districts like: Rukum, Salyan, Rolpa, Jajarkot, Lamjung, Kaski, Syanja, Sindhuli, Sindhupalchok etc.

Two police posts, Amale and mahendrajhyadi, were burnt down by the guerrillas in Sindhuli district, the eastern region of Nepal.  There was a explosion in Viman Bazaar also.

Three window glass broke in Tehrathum District Administration office by the bomb attack.
Another news from Pokhara is the action against a police spy Kirtiman Gurung in Lwanghel VDC. He is a NC leader also. The NC local leaders are paying for spying the guerrilla activites and involving nin killings, lootings, raping etc.

Different actions against the Imperialists and expansionist Units.

The bomb also exploded in a office of Agricultural development Bank in Pokhara city. There is a report of damages in windows, doors and in other office materials.
A pipe bomb was exploded in a agricultural development bank branch office in Phidim, district headquarder of Panchthar district.
Infront of the ADB branch office in Sandhikharka was also reported  of a explosion.

The CPN (Maoist) attacked in a distribution branch office of Nepal electricity Authourity in Nuwakot district. There were posters of printed pictures of Red Army. And written warnings and the cause of attacks. According to the information the causes of attack are : higher electricity fair, commission in purchasing, and to pay the compansation for the use of land etc.

The petrol bomb was made explosion in Biratnagar jute mill compound which is a oldest public enterprises in Nepal has running under the handover process to the Indian comprador.

A military squad attacked in a Diary factory in Kirtipur of Kathmandu. The factory belongs to an Indian Comprador Sitaram Gokul. He is known as a very bad payer for peasants and bad quality producer. There was a reports some months ago about expulsion of worker to employ Indian worker.

In Birgunj, the Maoist guerrillas destroyed two heavy stores of Tobacco collection in Surya Tobacco company collaborated between Gyanendra, brother of King Birendra and multinational company. In this action about Rs.8 millions of losses reported. Last year also guerrillas attacked as a warning.

There was about Rs. 80 millions of damages in a Colget Palmolive company collaborated between  multinational and compradors in Hetauda district. A guerrilla squad in a millitary uniform controlled security guards and set powerful bombs in Machines. Before some month there were warning explosions made in Asian paints and Nepal Liver Ltd. Both are Indian’s factories.

All these are happening after the pressure to make environment for dialogue to the government. The government is not seen willing to dialogue. Only the speeches to dialogue they doing and the killings of civilian and disappearances are continue by the government. The government planning to form paramilitary force instead of dialogue to solve and fulfil the demands of the people.

In this week 189 police officers and policemen have resigned from the police forced because of the posted in the Maoist affected areas and orders to work against the people and their rights. This is going to create massive problem in the government armed forces even the government has offered attractive economic incentives to kill and repress the people in the name of Maoist insurgency control. The attack to the multinational collaboration is the symbol for their assistance to government to launch suppression.
