Kathmandu/ Dec. 13, The reactionary state wanted to eliminate all the oppositions of the Fascist state through the mass massacara and supression. Since 1996 the Fascist state killed about 1200 people. Among them about 20% are members of NCP (Maoist) and about 70% civilian masses.

Now, police trying to intervene to the mass and trade union organizations who are legally organized since Panchayati autocratic regime and they are fighting for professional rights. Similarly, the students orgnizations are fighting for their rights, scientific and people base education.

On Dec. 9, Police intervened in Tribhuvan University Campus, Kirtipur and try to arrest delegates for 15^th Kathmandu District Conference of All Nepal National Independent Students Union (Revolutionary). Police also arrested dozens of members of ANNISU (Revolutionary) during propagation and try to beatcharge at the conference. The supporters of ANNISU (Revolutionary) took action to two spies of police on the spot of inarguration.

Similarly, On the 12^th of december, the police tried to intervene in 15^th Kaski district conference of ANNISU (Revolutionary) in Prithvi Narayan Campus, Pokhara. When police came at the conference place then, supporters of ANNISU (revolutionary) and other leftists students protested them. After about half an hour's fight police forces were ranaway from Campus. There was continued fight for several hours between police from outside the gate and students from inside the compound. The angry students set the fire at administrative building, car of Campus chief and took action to the Campush chief because of his permission for police intervention.

Later it estimated about 14 million Ruppees of losses because of police attacked in campus. It is a first attack after the 1990s movement in this campus. The following day student's Union jointly called general strike in Pokhara city which was quite well successful. All sphere of masses strongly criticised and condemned the Police intervention. Police used about 20 cell of tear gas and arrested 13 students.
