The important questions raised from the successful Dang raid

In Dang raid some of the brave heros got martyrdom while pushing the raid into success was not more than a dozen, some followed by injuries. But the reactionary armed police force and the army killed the captives who were arrested previously and held into detention and those who were sympathisers also killed in the next day so-called search operation. They killed several dozens of locals bringing out of their houses and brought the dead bodies to show the mass grave as the losses of PLA side. Locals said their relatives were killed on suspicions of assisting of hiding the PLA members. They were beheading and shooting the unarmed civilians why they didn’t informed the army and the police beforehand when rebels came there.

The report itself from the Radio Nepal and the reactionary side itself is contradictory. On the one side they said those were the fighter who died in the battle. But on the other side those are the victims of Maoists because they used them as human shields. It is  clear Maoists never used the human shields instead the reactionaries from the beginning and during the present operation also using human shields. There is rarely any of operational move without using of human shields by the reactionary army. Because they are saying they did not get any of support from the public and the other political parties, but they forced the captives and suspected sympathisers and the villagers to show the path and the hideouts of the rebels. The propaganda came to justify the killings of the innocent villagers who couldn’t give the where about of the PLA. They killed those who did not leave their houses as like the goons of the home ministers did.

The other false blame to the PLA for the death of the passengers and the bus drivers. It is very clear that the Guerrillas never do this but the very fact is reactionaries are continuing this. Those 17 innocent citizens who were travelling in a bus were killed in Pyuthan is the very fact that how the police targets civilians and charged them Maoists killed in encounters. While using the pretext of capturing the arms and ammunitions they forget to remember that the police and the army can not fight if there is real encounter.

While fighting going on in Bhaluwang also the PLA was targeting the police force who were inside the training centre and firing out side. There is no sense to fire back where the enemy is in opposite side. The police and their Hulligan media reports itself is exposing their false propaganda. There is no doubt that the police firing killed those passengers and bus drivers. It might the police have thought those buses are for the Maoists.

Another examples is that the accusation was very false in the context of the police casualties. Those police officers who fought for the regime and died during the battle were blamed for the surrendering. It may be the expectation of the regime that it would increase the moral of the police and to create the wrong image of the people’s war. But it is completely false charge because if the guerrillas had killed the surrendered police the dead bodies would be not the 48 but more than 200 policemen. Instead it is the fact that police and army killed the captives and those who even surrendered in the false encounters.

The media reports said the police surrendered after the run out of the ammunition but at the same time they have reported the Maoists have captured the ammunitions with the weapons. The very next day the security ministry reported that 17 Maoists killed in the Bus from where the security forces seized the huge amount of guns and the Magazines looted from the previous day’s raid in Dang.

These facts show that the PLA captured huge amounts of arms and ammunitions from the raid after the victory. Victory was not because of surrender but because of the bravery and the skilful fight of the PLA where 72 police were injured and others were dead how could they fight more. The other fact was there was no fight at all in Pyuthan where 17 people reportedly killed. It could not be possible just guerrillas who were armed died like a sheep. There is no injuries or casualties at all in the reactionary side. This clearly shows that the reactionary security forces are targeting the civilians under suspicion of being Maoists. No one stupid would travel in a bus to go Rolpa with weapons where every steps are searching by the army and police.

It is the unfortunate for us to say that some of the reputed institutions are using the police and army’s false propaganda which is opposite of the truth and criticising the people’s war instead of investigating and collecting the true fact from the field. It is clear the government is already restricted to report the any of independent fact which encourage the moral of the Maoists and demoralise the army, police and bureaucracy. In this light it is clear that the government is distributing the false propaganda to encourage the morale of their security forces who lost the battle. So the interior state minister passes the news to Indian TV channel "Durdarsan" that 84 police have been killed in the attack. But he later said to Nepali media that only 34 policemen died. But at the same day evening home minister Khadka said only 46 police have dead. The BBC also reported more than 160 people most of them policemen killed. But later government and the hulligan media tried to hide the numbers of police killed only just to encourage the security forces. As a revenge police and the army killed hundreds of civilians and supporters who were detained were not proved charges against them. It was the police who can separate the heads from the bodies of the detainees. There is no meaning of multilation from the rebels to their fallen comrades and to the fallen police also.

As the Maoist party has said the history would not forgive those who are committing the crime against the people by making the false propaganda and justifying the crime of the reactionary forces against the masses and the humanity.

Despite the false propaganda Nepalese people do not believe the reactionary media. The reactionary medias have lost their all credibility because they did the very same thing what the police did for the past 6 years. For the increasing support of the people’s war the police atrocities are responsible as well as the difficult material condition of the people created by the reactionary state in a planned way. Public life and the poverty is the consequence of the several past 5th year plans, annual government budgets, the conditions and the strategy of the foreign assistance and economic strategy and the programmes of the political parties in parliaments who relied and implemented all these past 12 years. The reactionary medias now are being the mouth piece of the police and the army and of this failure system. The consequence can not be expected what the past history shows.

The five days general strike called by the CPN (Maoist) and UPRC from 2nd to 6th of April despite the called off remained successful. The public did not trust the Radio Nepal, NTV, Gorkhapatra and the private media who are reporting what the police and the army wanted or distributed. It is not a surprise of some of remote areas supporters and the workers did not receive the information about the cancellation of the general strike. If it was the case that the independent reports were not restricted and the journalists being of critical were not imprisoned in false charges or the right to freedom of express and press was not banded, the called off strike wouldn’t effect. If the government could be trustworthy the fact of the royal massacre could come out and the country could not face the emergency and bloodshed. People believe and trust the Maoists. That’s why the few in the words of the parliamentarian parties and their lobby medias six years ago are getting the support of the majority of the masses of the country. The government is not able to make the local bodies election. The more false propaganda of the reactionary media the more mature development of the people’s war and the more committed crimes of the royal army, the police and the bureaucrats against the masses means to be forced the masses to participate the war. It is helpful but in negative way. Because the positive way also the blocked by the state through dialogue to the political solution.

The reactionary regime is trying to spread Goebels propaganda when ever they suffer from the bigger loss and defeat. Whenever they are not able to get support from the people then they try to repress them, try to get support by distributing the illusion. It is as per the law of people’s war. The reactionary depends on false propaganda instead of the revolutionary material fact. Spread the illusion, surround and annihilation the masses is the reactionary method of the war. It was what the experience of the Chinese people’s war. It is the very condition of Nepalese conflict that masses joining and should join the revolutionary struggle rather than being passive or neutral which is sure to be killed or victimise in false encounters or charges.

We appeal the people not to lure in the propaganda those medias which are working as the propaganda branch of the police, the army and the killers. The printed media is available for less than 20% of the population but no body relies upon this specially after the emergency is imposed. It should be notice that those so-called private publishing companies including Kantipur publications and the Kamana publications are promising to help the government. It is clear to help means to provide the false message and propaganda. To help means to support the crime against the masses of the people. And to help means to be participate in the ongoing war. For being sympathisers to the people’s war means the journalists are being imprisoned, the papers have been closed and the people who have been found with the materials legally published are suffering form the torture, imprisonment and in lot of cases extra judicial killing for being suspected Maoists. Because those knew the fact, because those published the fact what happen in the field, because they keep up to date over the crime of the state. And now we should ask what the police propagandists expect from the people and the revolutionary forces. People don’t have faith upon them and their masters, and they want to keep people far from the truth and in illusion. If the "tit for tat" is the way of their expectation, they should wait until the people decide to come up.

It was one of the cause that the reactionary government is blocked the supplies of basic needs in more than the half of the country side of Nepal. The Tele-communication and the media is used for the war purpose of the reactionary army and their informers. If the other used the phone that the police suspects they may be Maoists, You can not say how the condition is in village, how your beloved is killed, tortured and imprisoned or forced to be acted as the army wanted . What for some one talks ? it is rather using for the collection of money which is going to use in the war against the people or is already using against. So it is the cause of destruction for the future construction. The PLA is launching the massive offence against the reactionary bases, like the local administrative bodies, war infrastructures and the supplies of information etc. Any one can read the argument of Maoists are sabotaging the development. It is true the Maoists are destroying the infrastructure which gives privilege to the handful of political elites and bureaucrats. More than 80% of the business and the industries are on the hand of the Indian and multinational companies and the businessmen. So the Bandas would block their resource. The people who are in cities would effect but they do not have to lose anything. Thy need to fight against the oppressive system. The public life is already enough difficult from this present 12 years of collaborative system and earlier feudal system of centuries.

The some of the important question raised by the concern groups and the people about the foreign intervention is really serious. It is 100% wrong to say that the peoples war will invite the foreign intervention. It is clear that the any of stupid person also knows that the government and the bigger parties in parliament are asking foreign assistance to fight the country’s people. They are the responsible. The NC and UML who voted for the emergency by dancing on the gesture of the foreign and domestic right conservatives are responsible for the foreign invasion and the military rule or the coup from the palace or where ever. If we can build the strong people’s army and the unity among different oppressed nationalities and the oppressed caste and regions people that can defend the national identity and the security. So people’s war is necessary to defend ourselves from the enemies of outsides and the inside.

The lesions from Dunai to Dang II passing through Rukumkot, Naumule, Holeri, Ghorahi (Dang-I), Syangja, Salleri and Mangalsen, Thakurdhwara show the opening horizon of the red future where we the oppressed will be the owner of the our country not the slave of the corrupt politicians and feudals. The emergency is making trained the millions of people who didn’t have the chance to fight in battlefield. The emergency and the reactionary armed forces’ atrocities providing chance to learn warfare and the class awareness which was never before.

The 5 days Nepal banda from Tuesday 23rd to 27th of April will definitely remark the red history of success in fighting the reactionary atrocities. No body can defeat the history made by sacrifice and blood for the freedom and independence.
