12^th of April/ Nepal- The back force of the criminal Nepali state, western imperialism and their Nepali dogs who were silent and enjoyed in killing of innocent Nepalese daughters and sons by the state force even after taking capture, now started to show their real appearances by snatching their own mask after the successful raids of the Peoples Liberation Army one after another in Rukumkot of Rukum, Mainapokhari of Dolakha, Mujhung of Palpa, Dhading and Naumule of Dailekh.

The European Union presidency who didn’t speak about the violation of human rights, undemocratic initiatives, and corruption of Nepalese state, now issuing the press statement and express their concern to mobilise the army against Nepalese people. It is undemocratic and intervention into internal politics. It is the Nepalese people who can only decide who and when should or not use the army. At present the Nepali Congress Girija government is in absolute minority and facing the charges of corruption, murders of thousands of innocent people, disappearances, tortures, rape and gang rapes, pillage and being of traitor against the Nepal and Nepalese people. What is the meaning of saying the democratic government to the fascist, killer and racist Koirala oligarchy. Why the EU states remained silent towards the contempt of court and negate of judiciary by the government ? and why they have head ache when paramilitary forces were fallen while the PLA attack ?

The Yankee imperialist which provided the technical support to the mass massacre is saying that Girija lobby is a democratic and constitutional. But the Sher Bahadur Deuba who lead another liberal split in the NC party opposed the decision taken Girija and called for political solution. All the opposition in parliament and outside the parliament opposing the Girija led fascist regime. Main opposition party in parliament CPN (UML) opposed the intervention made by Ralph Frank, an American ambassador in Kathmandu. It clearly showed the western imperialists powers wanted civil war by diverting the political solution of the internal political conflict in Nepal.

Nepali Congress showed only 3.3 million of votes in general election out of 22 millions of Nepalese. It is also very very well known fact that the NC misused the police, army, the state money which was cut off from development budget, goons and guns, the international Mafia support etc in election. There were reports of repeated votes of a person. A NC goon voted 38 times in a same day. In Jajarkot a person voted 22 times to NC, a 11 years child voted 3 times and several places before the scheduled time more than 50 percent votes were voted by a group of few goons. Is it your ideal of democratically elected government ? you have no rights to say the Girija government democratic or any other your favourite adjective who are facing charges not only in parliament but inside the party. It can be possible the charge over the Lauda lease deal the EU can play important role due to due to Lauda’s EU based and the financial support against the people of Nepal for developing of poverty. The poverty in Nepal is increasing as the ratio of financial debt what imperialists called development assistance.

The another out cry is exposed from the Amnesty. Without visiting and knowing, the amnesty reported that there is a child recruitment in guerrillas. The students involvement and increasing support to the revolutionary student organisation and struggle for their educational rights defined by the police as participation in people’s war which Amnesty publicised as child soldier recruitment in PGA. There were lot of tyrants and bad elements of the society who never like to see their children in revolutionary organisation. They pressurised their student to serve reactionary state. But the new generation who saw the people’s war as better and only the alternative of oppressive society supported people’s war and joined the ANNISU. There are so intensive oppression against the revolutionary student which amnesty know.

Likewise, in the case of child soldier, the police now used the psychological warfare against the Armed opposition and the amnesty carried out the message distributed by police. Any body can easily understand if Maoist wanted to kill surrendered policemen they would have killed. But the Maoist guerrillas who provided medical treatment after surrendered even those policemen who were injured during the fighting. Like the proverb "defeated man takes the support from lies" (xf/]sf] dfG5] 9f6sf] ;xf/f_ the police used the lies to make weaker the Maoist. The reactionaries of the world joined in Nepalese police to sympathise them for further massacre.

It will be better for the amnesty if they report the fact which they have seen or verified from the reliable source not from the police which never respect the human rights which the Nepalese constitute provide and government ratified the international conventions. It is also clear that the Maoist never accepted the constitution and condemned as black constitution. They are also not the party of international conventions but announced they are respecting the protocols related to the internal conflict. They also allowed to express the press statement of arrested policemen always.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------The Dailekh attack is taken place at the night which day was called for nation wide general strike to remember and grasp the spirit of(24^th of Chaitra, 2046) 6^th April 1990s’ peoples movement called by communists alliance, where the Maoist party was major fraction. In Dailekh raid the PLA captured all the weapons and ammunition thereof and three communication sets. The PLA provided primary medical treatment for the injured policemen and a brief political class to the surrendered policemen. They also instructed the police to resign from the police force because to serve in police is to serve the NC Koirala fascism which is against the wish of Nepalese people.

After the series of raids and attacks in the illegal paramilitary centres thousands of policemen has resigned and the number is increasing everyday. The police headquarter issued a order by restricting the policemen from resigning. The observers believes this would lead to rebel in police and army in future.

The morale of the police even in capital city also very down and police force signalled of disobedience. At the reinforcement sent to assist in nearby police station of Kathmandu disobeyed the order. It is very high in base zones and guerrilla zones. Several commando striking camps and police stations were emptied.

April 13/ Solukhumbu, The PLA raided the branch office of the Nepal Banijya bank at Necha Bihibare of solukhumbu district. Solukhumbu is a district of Mount Everest. From the raid the Maoist guerrillas seized the cash, gold and silver equal to Rs.3.5 million. They also captured 5 guns and 39 bullets from the security guards.

At the same time a section of PLA attacked in a nearby police station but it looks like to stop the police from coming in

Nepal/ April 15 – A PGA platoon raided a Commercial Bank at Ghailadubba of Jhapa district, a eatern boarder district to India. According to our source PGA captured about Rs. 9 million at around 14.10 today. The PGA seized cash, gold and silvers from the bank along with 2 guns and bullets carried by the security guards. The local police station located near by the bank didn’t arrive to protect the bank. According to the source a PGA section was laid ambushes to the police. But they came when they received the conformation of guerrillas departure.
