The peaceful meetings/gatherings, demonstrations, freedom of expression also fully restricted without declare if it is not organised by the ruling party and main opposition of parliament is directed by the imperialists and expansionist powers. The series of killings as samples in present - killing in Chitwan on the eve of international human rights day, killings in Kathmandu during the protests against the Indian media insult, killing in Rajbiraj, killing in Gorkha, killings in Kalikot and killing in prison of today in Nepalgunj shows really the serious barbarism. Just to explain that they threw stones or bricks to police should not be enough to justify the killing of people. The necessary to fight for the real democracy with more strongly is becoming the first priority of the masses of the country. If you are unarmed and not satisfied with the government then you will be killed. So only the way to protect yourselves is the resistance and join in the people's resistance forces.

It is not the democracy which we Nepalese expected and brought. It is the demoncracy which killed 11 and 12 years Barsha and Karma who are playing at home and those were killed who were under protection of government, in jail. If some body is killed because he asked cloths in a sharp winter cold and asked for water and sanitation were killed by the special commandos. According the news the prisoners were in "dharna" Satyagaha and were killed. More than 20 were injured by the beating with bout of rifle and boot than how can we say about those who were disappeared by the police. Is it the democracy ? is it the appreciable action of police who want to teach the lesson of human rights to the people.

Kalikot killings

The criminal and corrupt fascist Girija government launching a killing operation to spread the state terror among the people inside and out side the country. The police, lost always the field when the real battle were taken places. But after the reactionary out cries of being failed of police to control the Maoists activities, came into madness and killed innocent sons and daughters of the masses by opening fire in a unarmed mass meetings.

In Phurkot village of Kalikot district police killed 7 people who were inside the home and unarmed. To hide the fact police and news agencies who distributed the news made of police and getting bribe in the name of advertisement wrote that "the seven people have been killed in an encounter and police got guns and armaments."

Biswanath Yogi, the member of the CPN (Maoist) kalikot and the co-ordinator of the Karnali Liberation Front, Pushpa Neupane the member of CPN (Maoist) district committee Kalikot and Gorkha Giri the member of local PGA squad were killed by the 35 commandos. They surround the house where they were living In Phurkot village and captured them, tortured them and later shot them. During the torture the special commandos pick out the eyes of captives, make pieces of their fingers and other parts of the body and shot them. Instead this Maoists always releasing the captives by respecting the international humanitarian law. These events forced hundreds of villages to flee form the possible police operation.

Following this events the police killed in another village three other civilian after captured including a women. In kalikot alone 10 people killed in three days. The main opposition and the butcher and killer Girija are making a satire demonstration for the peace and harmony. If the killer Girija gang and their partner brother congress UML are now leading police village to village in pillage and destruction of the people's made infrastructures in Rukum and other district.

"We strongly appeal the masses of world to condemn the Girija demoncracy exercising in Nepal. we also want to request the donor agencies and countries not to provide the aid which is going to expend to buy the weapons to kill the Nepalese people. more than 60% of your aid in the name of development or any other heading is in military and police expenditure. So if you would continue to funding for the killing of Nepalese people, the masses would be compelled to expose and fight you also." International Nepal Solidarity Forum issued the appeal for stopping the campaign of state terror.

Comrade Diwakar, incharge of CPN (Maoist) western regional bureau issued a press statement and opposed strongly the killing of Phukot. In a statement he promised that the blood of great martyrs would not go in waste. Prem bahadur Shahi, teacher Bhoj Bahadur Shahi and Bal Prasad were played the role of spies and the murderers as from our reporters said in telephone.
