10 January/ Nepal, After the bravery day celebration by attacking the bad of the baddest police outposts, spies and different comprador centres last week, Wednesday 3^rd of January, the PGA (people's guerrilla army) raided the peasants killer branch office of the Agriculture Development Bank in Lakhanpur VDC of Ramechhap. This bank is the centre of other banks of district except Manthali which were removed last year. From the bank PGA captured Rs.32000 and destroyed all the papers. The deposited land owner certificates are taken by them. The bank building and office equipment were set on fire after raid, the new says. During the time of raid the police near 200 meters were observed but couldn't come to stop the raid.

The Bravery day is the respect of the sacrifices by the three Red army members at Bethan raid three years ago which established the record of sacrifice for the revolution. In spite of the sacrificed of commander Tirtha Gautam, Dilmaya Yonjan and Phatta Bahadur Ismali, the guerrillas captured the police station on Mangsir 19.

The PGA released a CID sub-inspector Hari Bahadur Busnet who was arrested from Mijhing village of Rolpa district last month. He was handed over to his family in to his house Dang district. Similarly, several actions were taken against the duplicate Maoist sent by the police and the ruling parties to make trouble among the masses in the name of Maoist activists. Those who were found guilty punished in Morang, Sunsari, Sarlahi and Parsa districts.

Likewise, four persons including Gopal Dangi in Dang district were questioned by the PGA representatives about their doings related to movement.

There are reports from all over the country that police is arresting hundreds of people who were charged in false cases. At the time of shutdown programme after the killing of 5 people in Kathmandu valley including 2 children, 18 students arrested from the central office of ANNISU (Revolutionary) were charged in a false incidents. The butcher home minister Ramchandra Paudel had told to nine left parties, they should take the responsibilities of bomb explosions at the residence of three criminal leader of Girija split of ruling NC party. The government is charging the student leaders into black act public offence.

However the CPN (Maoist) has already taken the responsibilities for the bomb explosions. The observers are saying how the government is corrupt and expert for forged work.

Nine left parties have already demanded to release the arrested persons. Among the illegally imprisoned students in Hanumandhoka are Purna Paudel, secretary general of ANNISU (Revolutionary), secretary of valley co-ordination committee Phanindra Devkota, vice-president of Kathmandu Shova Khanal, secretary Kathmandu Shadhuram Devkota, Deepak Devkota, Atindra Neupane, Yuvaraj Bhattarai, Hem Ghimire, Shailendra Devkota, Krishna Malla and C. N. Dhungana. It is the whole scenario of the bloody state activities how they killed and imprisoned thousands of citizens taking from their houses.

Similarly the CPN (Maoist) Shindhuli launching the S.P. Jwala operation in the district together with its political "Marin-Kashi Friendship" campaign. During the operation, actions against spies, raided the gambling places, seizure of Guthi land (land owned by temples or feudal clans), the seizure of food grains from the landlords, actions against polygamy.(to have more than a wife same time) and destroying the police outpost known as anti-people.
