Support the Nepalese People’s war on the eve of  the 6th Anniversary

Today the world is suffering from the terror of the imperialist warlords but at the same time heroic people of Nepal are fighting to establish the new democratic and socialist society under the leadership of the vanguard party of Nepalese proletariat CPN (M). The people’s war was initiated on February 13, 1996 which marks a historical importance. Now it is entering in its seventh year with the new possibilities and qualitative achievement. On the other side the challenges also increasing while it appears the alarm for imperialists and expansionists. People’s war is now able to establish the base areas throughout the country and mobilising the millions of masses to determine their own fate by themselves. Indian expansionism and US imperialist with their lackeys countering the Peoples war by labelling as a terrorists. But the reality is different they are backing the corrupts, murderers and the feudal lords, killing of thousands of innocent people, rape and gang rapes of thousands of women, torture and plunder.

After the breaking of four months of cease-fire and process of negotiation due to the  government refusal of  all the demands put forwarded by the Maoists which ended into a war. The new transitional government URPC which was announced when the reactionary government denied the demand of constituent assembly election instead of the one imposed by the king with some compromise in 1990. The United Revolutionary Peoples Council URPC which represents the different nationalities, Castes, women, mass and professional organisations, united peoples committees and the patriotic and democratic forces under the leadership of the communist Party of Nepal (Maoist). By loosing the credibility and falling in to deep crisis the new king who is the murderer of the late king Birendra, his brother imposed the state of emergency since 26th of November 2001 and suspended the constitution and exercising the inhumane barbaric monarchical dictatorial genocide against the people directly backed by the US and Indian rulers.

We condemned the reactionary hysteria of Nepalese state which leading the genocide and all kinds of the inhuman degrading actions against its own people. People’s war is on the strength and is offensive against the military strategy of the reactionary army. but the royal army with the weapons and finance supported by the west are launching mass massacre of the innocent and unarmed people in the name of Maoist. Since emergency more than 2000 killed and more than thirty thousand people detained without reason. The victory would be the people's which is armed with the modern and scientific ideological weapon of Marxism-Leninism-Maoism.

At this historical juncture it is the inevitable responsibility of the progressive people around the world and those who have the human soul to support the just struggle of the Nepalese people. By doing so we would promote the world revolution because it is the part of world revolution. We appeal to recognise the peoples power newly emerging in Nepal as a URPC at this context and support it.

On this occasion of 6th anniversary of the people’s war in Nepal we are organising a public celebration and the discussion programme with the music and cultural presentation of Kurdistan, Turkey, Latino and others. In the programme the representatives of CPI (MLM), CDS Iran, INSoF, MPP, RK (BRD), TKP (ML), TKP MPC and different progressives individual and groups would present and exchange the reports and experiences, greetings of their respective struggle and country with the true Proletarian internationalism.

We appeal all to support the people’s war, a just struggle of the people of Nepal, India, Peru, Turkey and around the world.
