April 6 Nepal banda called by CPN (Maoist)

38 police killed several injured and arrested in raids

Kathamnd/4th of Aapril, On Sunday night the people's libeeration army attacked a striking base camp of Rukumkot of Rukum district killed 31 special armed policemen including the commander of the charge in camp. There are about 20 police personel haave been taken as a prisoners of war from seperating 15 other injured, four of them are injured seriously. It is the powerful most and straegically secured point stationed at the top of the hilltop.

The People's liberation army carried out the brave actions against the strong strategic point which was surround by fences and mud+stone wall with 8 outposts. The camp was surrounded with 5 landmine explosives. The surroundings surface is slopy where 78 special commandos were stationed. It was the saying of police that they are really not only epecialised for criminalisation but also powerful and maoists always won because of unfavourable location. But now they were in position of superior arms and location but destroyed by the people's army.

CPN (Maoist) held its second national conference in February and proposed for the present solution as a interim government formed by all party conference which would guarantee the new people's constitution. They were too positive for the dialogue if the government fulfil the minimum conditions forwarded by human rights organisations and political parties. But the government came in to position of establishing of fascism and corruption instead of respecting the democracy, law and political solution. The government planted conspiracies and tried to curve the burning truths which are well known fact publicly, led the government in a position of lack of  legitimacy and belief.

This is a first bigger action after the adoption of "Prachanda Path". The PLA captured 3o3 rifles-64, revolvers-3, .22 magnum-3, pistols-2, grenades, bombs, explosives and three communication set from the spot. They also seized the rations and all the materials thereof.

On the attack 7 members of the PLA also got martyrdom.

The Mainapokhari raid
PLA raided on the mornig of 2nd of April at a Mainapokhari police station where 39 police including special force stationed. 5 policemen including a head constable killed and guerrillas captured weapons and material thereof, as news papers 8 rifles and 2 pistols.Mainapokhari is about 30 kilometer east of Chaikot, the disrict headquarter of Dolakha district in eastern region.

Three of the members of PLA also got martyrdom in this attack. About two months ago also the police ambushed in Mainapokhari left injured four police.

The raid in Palpa Mujhung
The next night people's guerrillas raided the area police station of Palpa's Mijhung. 2 policemen killed 9 injured and ended when they surrendered. PGA captured all the arms and ammunitions there of and left after a brief political class and first aid for a injured policemen.

Eight policemen also died on Tuesday morning in a highway accident as a police truck heading towards Palpa from Bhairahawa with reinforcements veered off the road near Butwal.

Dhading raid
Likewise, the People's Liberation Army attacked an area police station in Darkha and seized
 more than a dozen arms and a radio set from the station, around 20 km north of Dhadhing Besi, the headquarters of Dhading district. The police there surrendered immidiatly after the casting caused no casualty in both side.  

There are hundreds of armed actions taken places around the country, like sebotage, warning action propaganda actions etc. CPN(Maoist) has announced for the mass action day from sunday 1st to 4th wednesday.
