Kathmandu/June 2, The king Birendra and queen Aiswarya along with other 8 members of Royal
family has been killed in a gunshot friday night at about 22.37 NST.
The Indian and American reports said the crown prince Deependra killed all his royal family members and shot himself later, in a regular Friday meeting. It is a surprise news for every body, either supporters of monarch or the republicans.

Among the dead are:
King Birendra, Queen Aiswarya, Prince Nirajan (younger son of king and queen), Princess Shruti
Rana (daughter of king and queen), Princess Sarada Shaha (sister of king Birendra), Princess Shanti
Singh (sister of king Birendra), Kumar Khadga Bikram Shaha (consort of Sarada Shah), Princess
Jayanti Shaha (cousin of king). (and a minors, the daughter of princess Shruti)

As the CNN reported that the Prince Deependra entered in a room where the royal family was
meeting to resolve the marriage dispute of the Prince and he shot them. according to the report their claim the prince want to mary a daughter of ex-government minister (Debyani Rana) but the queen along with some other were not agreed with him. The queen wanted to make a daughter of a Army general to her daughter in law. It is strongly objectionable that if the Deependra was the killer or he has so much courage why he could not be able to defend his choice of bride ? The report of marriage story looks more conspiratory. Similarly the haste meeting of Indian prime minister, security minister, foreign minister, security advisor of PM and army Generals even before the standing committee of privy council in Nepal shows there is some thing, they were serious about the Indian interest.

The Queen is reported for not being agree with the selection of Prince, and Prince was not agree
with selection of queen. While the time of killing Prince was in military uniform as some Nepali news reported. There are some reports of conspiratorial suspicious over the murder.

The Prince was educated in Eton College. He was expelled from Eton College because of his
alcoholic and misconduct. Those newspapers about this news "like the Sun" was prohibited to
distribute in Nepal that time, in Panchayat era.

There is another big surprise the privy council, which supposed to be all powerful, appointed the
Prince Deependra a new king of Nepal in an official message given by the chairman of council
Dr. Keshar Jung Rayamajhi. Dr. Rayamajhi was a former secretary general of communist party of
Nepal until 19961.

There were some amendments in throne and royal order constitution in early 1990s which explains if
the Crown Prince is found disable or unable for the Throne than the another prince can be appointed the Crown Prince or King. But the privy council made a decision to provide the head of the state to a allegedly murderer of his mother, father, brothers and sisters which is a unforgivable crime as per the Hindu tradition and in any law and constitution, according to the foreign media.

The government and so-called democratic parties always manipulated the people that the monarch is
constitutional. But now same constitution provide the right to appoint the king in a conspiracial murder. What is there response above the massacre, is not need to publicise? There is silence. It is clear that the present system is in deep crisis. it can not be separated from the political situation of the country. The late king Birendra was not agree with the plan of government who announced the mobilisation of royal army strongly pushed forward by the US and Indian monopolists and their lackeys in the country.

There is a people's war in Nepal since 1996 led by the Communist Party of Nepal ( Maoist) to
established the peoples republic of Nepal. This present situation proved that the present system is not fit for the enemies of the country. And it shows the correctness of the CPN (Maoist).

Germany is going to supply the 50 thousand "G-36" rifles through Heckler and Co.to the Nepalese
army under the command of absolute monarch and fascist Girija NC government to massacre the
Nepalese people. Definitely the German will describe that the arm dealing is in favour of German
interest.
