Nepal shutdown paralyses the country: Malkani's Effigy burnt out

Kathmandu/January 1, the first of two days Nepal banda (shutdown) paralyses the all administration all over the country called by nine Left parties actively supported by the responsible power of the country CPN (Maoist). Schools/colleges, all the businesses, transportation remained completely closed around the country. The main demand of the banda is to over through the government.

Why Banda
The nine lefts demanded the resignation of the government specially the prime minister Sergeant Girija and home minister butcher Ramchandra Paudel. Butcher Ramchandra killed five people in capital including 2 children last week and two citizens in Rajbiraj yesterday in a peaceful demonstration. The government is failed completely to protect the citizens of the country. The prices of the market crossed the margin of purchase power of the people. Within a year the price of the petroleum is increased more than 135% even now the prices in international market is falling down in a ratio of increased. More than 600 people have been killed during year 2000, almost 85% in fake encounter. Those who were involved in killing are promoted. The cabinet is charged for corruption by the committee of public account for parliament and the commission for investigation of authority abuses and by the majority of MPs of Ruling NC party. The government and Girija lobby is taking a race to buy his own party's MPs to stay longer in power.

The country's democracy is on the hand of police and now army is requested by the Girija gang to take power. Girija and company used money, police, goons and power and influence to violate the democratic rights within his party, charged by his own senior leaders. Any body can imagine what Girija wouldn't do against the citizen and oppositions out side his party.

Malkani project

Just after the Hritik project india spoke against Nepalese sovereignty. "senior BJP Ruling party of India's ideologue and powerful member of the party's national executive KR. Malkani said the real interest of Indian expansionist over Nepal. He said in an interview with india today "I think we made a very serious, very foolish mistake when Tribhuvan offered to accede to India and Nehru said — ‘No, duniya kya kahegi, what will the world say?’ We should have accepted the accession of Nepal to India when it was offered to us by King Tribhuvan."like what had done by Kaji Dorgi in Sikkim. There are some comments that even Nehru wanted to take over Nepal but it was not easy like they captured Haidarabad. They have seen there is strong patriotism and anti imperialist consciousness in Nepal, so they didn't had power to do that at that time. But they have done parallel treatment by 1950s treaty and others. So it shows that Nepalese should fight for their right. It also clearly shows that they should don't want to have good and equal relation with china and pakistan. They are making propaganda that there is a ISI in Nepal to convince Indian people for the future intervention. Yesterday students burnt the effigy of Malkani in Kathmandu. The Nepal government didn't taking serious steps over this matter but continuing anti Nepalese activities under direction of their Indian Masters. The comment that it is a unfortunte for Nepal. The fact it is not the unfortunate but is a hegemony of India and the consequences of Nepali government for being Indian slave.

Indian medias are continuously spreading news against Nepal. The web site of webdunia has written that "the responsibility of the security of Nepal's boarder is under Indian military" in the name of Prakash Bharati. And they are blaming the Nepalese students for being the ISI implementer which definitely unacceptable for Nepalese people. It may be the RAW which attacked Sadvawana party office to divert the attention of the movement, the observers commented.

Bomb exploded at the residence of the leader of ruling party

Yesterday at around the same time at 6 p.m. bombs exploded the residences of NC General Secretary Sushil Koirala, State Minister for Education Dilendra Prasad Badu and former Home Minister Govinda Raj Joshi. The explosions only damaged the windows, cars and walls, however, no one has been injured in the attacks. The attack might be a warning for their activities against nepalese people and to make success the shutdown.

The claim of anti banda and supporter of fascism

They are the indian and collaborator businessmen saying to repress the movement. If the government will act as they claim the nepalese people would not forgive them. It is clear that more than 73% of business is on the hand of Indians as claim in Indian media also.(see webdunia, hindi: 28122000) The rest of business is on the hand of bureaucrats and other foreigners. It is the backward agriculture which is remain Nepalese people but which also the expansionist and imperialist wanted to transfer to the means of global market from the hand of people of Nepal.
