Alemagar Disappeared After Fourth Order Of Supreme Court

Kathmandu/ the government neglected the supreme court’s order to release the leader of Nationalities (Janajati) and journalist Prof. Suresh Alemagar from the illegal prison. Ale Magar is arrested and disappeared from the supreme court when the court ordered fourth times to release him from illegal prison on January 23. There are strong voices arising to demand to release him. The joint statements are issued from country’s Human-rights leaders, Janajaties (nationalities) and intellectual personalities demanding to release him.

The personalities issued statements to release Alemagar are former speaker of house and senior advocate and constitution draft-man Damannath Dhungana, former minister and MP and human-rights leader Padmaratna Tuladhar, chairman of Nepal human-rights organization Prof. Kapil Shrestha, senior advocate Sarbagyaratna Tuladhar, Janajati leader Parshuram Tamang, Sitaram Tamang, Prof. Lok Bahadur Thapamagar, Dr. Krishna Bahadur Bhattachan, Tanka Rai, Mahesh Kormocha, Bina Shakya, Bomkumari Budhamagar, Chaitanya Subba, Upendra Yadav, Pasang Goparma, Bhairabman shrestha, Himal Rai, Bairagi Kainla, and other hundreds of leaders.

There are strong demands to publicise and release journalist and Newa Khala: leader Pawanman Shrestha and others journalists who are disappeared after the court’s order to release them and several leaders and civilians after arrest.
