A women activist arrested Seventh time

instead of release order of the court

Kathmandu/ June19, the government who never thought about the security of the people arrested a woman leader 7th time when she was ordered to release from illegal custody. Girija sarkar Involved in conspiratory murder of Royal family including King Birendra, queen Aiswarya and prince Dipendra has issued a regulation by highjacking the fundamental rights guaranteed from the 1990s peoples movement.

The central committee member of All Nepal Women‘s Association (Revolutionary) Asha Khanal arrested from the court premises on Tuesday. She was arrested 6 times before this despite the court order. She was ordered to release on Monday from the Appellate court Pokhara. Asha who was imprisoned in Bhadragol jail illegally brought to the Kathmandu district court due to the provision that the court didn’t believe police in such a case. When she was released the police in plain cloth entered the court and searched her even inside the toilet also. She was in protection of the staffs but police pulled her. Later in front of the police threat the staffs of the court also asked her to leave the office. When she came out the door police by using the force put her in a zeep, no. of Ba. A. Cha 2740 and took in custody. She was coming out nourishing her child with some journalists and human rights defender. During that a child of her left on the road is taken by a friend. She has two small children.

Asha was imprisoned since 3 years on a suspected charge of Maoist. Asha is a example of democratic practice of Nepal’s corrupt dictators. She is a victim after the palace coup in suggest of present prime minister Girija.

There are thousands of prisoners imprisoned illegally because of the disagree with the Girija split fascism.
