Later in front of the police threat the staffs of the court also asked her to leave the office. When she came out the door police by using the force put her in a zeep, no. of Ba. A. Cha 2740 and took in custody. She was coming out nourishing her child with some journalists and human rights defender. During that a child of her left on the road is taken by a friend. She has two small children.

Asha was imprisoned since 3 years on a suspected charge of Maoist. Asha is a example of democratic practice of Nepal’s corrupt dictators. She is a victim after the palace coup in suggest of present prime minister Girija.

There are thousands of prisoners imprisoned illegally because of the disagree with the Girija split fascism.
