Number of Disappearing Are Fourty three After Arrested

Kathmandu/ it is proovving that the Government is out of human-sense, because of not to publicise them yet who were arrested since some-times ago. We have available fourty-three namelists of disappearings. It is estimated the number of disappearings might be long. Most of the disappeared people are students. According to the available information 19 students, 7women, 4 workers, 2 peasants, and each of professionals from politcs, teacher, lawyer, journalist, shopkeeper, and to are related with nationalities association.

The Government is following the same way of supression to Tamil in Shrilanka to Nepalese people in charge of maoist. The disappearing persons until this time are: Kamraj thapa, Tika Thapa, Karuna Shrestha, Kamala Pant, Dandapani Neupane, Narayan Pandit, ShriRam Ghimire, Malati Timilsina, Saraswoti Adhikari from Tanahun district, likewise from Banke Pavitra Oli, Jokha Bahadur Pun, Dammer Bahadur Ranabhat, Kamansingh Chaudhari, Junukumari Chaudhari and Shivram Chaudhari are six. From Gorkha Rajendra Dhakal, Nirmala Marahatta, Pampha Kumal, Sanjaya Dhakal, Kumar dhakal and from Bardiya Bed prasad chaudhari ,Tribhuvan Chaudhari, Raj kumar chaudhari and Krishna Prasad Tharu are still disappearing. Likewise, Janaki Ranabhat, Tikadevi Ranabhat, Ramchandra Mishra and Dharma Parajuli of Navalparasi, and Pasang Lama, Kamala sharma, Navin Gautam, Arjun Sapkota and Badri Pathak are from Kavre and Gore Bahadur Purkoti with others from Sindhupalchok are disappearing.

Likewise Ram Bahadur Majhi and Sabitri Kushbah of Sarlahi, Dhan Bahadur Oli and Jayaprakash Busnet from Salyan, Vikash Sharma- Dang, Dundu Tiwari - Ramechhap,Milan Nepali- Kathmandu, and Basant Pradhan -Dhading are also still out of any kinds of information. The questions like, Why the above mentioned persons are arrested ? where are placing ? what is the fault of them ?must be replied or not from His Majesty the Government? If the Government is not responsible to the people, then why need it ? if the government is responsible to the people ,it must be make public to above mentioned citizens. If they could proof of any crime, they must treat according to the act and must inform to the public.

If Government becomes failed to follow the constitutional norms and value and to keep peace-system there would creat a insurgence willings among people. It would be difficult to stop willings of insurgence. How the government try to keep secret , it is doubtless that would find from the people's level soon or later. Even the shrilankan government killed and hiden themsecretely the international human-rights organizations found about 600 Tamils' cemetary. Therefore, it is urgent here to search the disappearing civilians and there situation. If the government continue to disappearance process there would not be surprise if maoist which is uprising to establish alternative state-power arrest and disappear to the governmental officials. If the government activate it self to brutally violate it's own constitution, law and human-rights' norms and values to kidnape citizens, people need not to respect laws. So, it is neccessary to think seriously by government within time.
