STOP THE INCARCERATION  FOR
POLITCAL OPINION
In most campaign for prisoners, the issue is to have governments desist
from treating prisoners in any undignifying manner; as being deprive of
onces liberty by itself, is punishment enough for the crimes that these
individuals commited, as indicated by the courts that tried them.
But for these political prisoners we are faced with a case were men,women
and children are incarcerated under delibrately created horrific sanitary
conditions, for daring to openly show concern about the oppression
and brutality of the 40years of occupation.Or simply being of Ambazonia(British
Southern Cameroons) origin. In some cases it is people who have nothing
to really do with politics but had the hard luck to fall in the web of
any of the dragnets of the forces of the regimes of French Cameroons (La
Republique du Camerooun); that run these political prisoners.These regimes
are hardly interested in making any assurance that they get only
those they consider dangerous to their policies of occupation and forceful
assimilation . According to them being of Ambazonia(BSC) origin is a good
enough reason for you to languish in any of their death traps.
These torture champs are all overcrowded,dusty,
infested with rats,bed-bugs, cockroach, mosquitos,bats and all types of
flies, skin and house pest. The layers of rust on every of the metallic
furniture, doors, water-taps and foul toilets is many inches thick.
The walls and all other frames which probable never had a coating of paint
for years have developed a thick non-uniform dark brown coat from dirt
.The stench of the whole enviroment is unimaginable. There are no
real windows,thus the inmates are permanently in darkness or semidarkness.Accounting
for the blindness of inmates. Inmates in these dungeons simply sleep on
naked plank or on bare floor.With the cold in a town like Yaounde were
they have the famous Nfou and Kondengui jails(read: concentration champs),
the prisoners are not provided with anything(clothings or blankets) to
protect them from the cold. Inmates are fed with rotten left over foodstuff
from the market; even so the food is given to them cold. To add to all
of these, there is the physical abuse and torment from prison guards
and other forces that come arround every now and then for interrogation.
There is no place(office) in this country where one can get informations
as to the exact number or locations of all these death traps and torture-champs.

The State of Ambazonia(BSC) Political Prisoners in
French Cameroons(LRC)
In the wake of increase human rights abuses by the government of
French Cameroons(LRC) as expressed by all organizations that monitor the
human right situation there; A condition that has equally been reported
by the government?s National Commission For Human Rights and Freedom (NCHRF)
which in the pass have always been slow to criticize the human right violation
by the regime. One becomes exceptionally worried for the situation of Ambazonia(BSC)
citizens kidnapped and deported to French Cameroons(LRC) as political prisoners.
Their situation in the pass has been very devastating and now, one can
only wonder how dramatic the situation should now be with the recent reports
of increased human rights violation.
The situation necessitates more attention than we?ve been giving
to it all this while. We must quickly rally and increase the time
and resources we put in the situation of these individauls who are not
only being killed one after the other but with the most brutal
of methods yet known to mankind.
To give you a feeling of the situation before, which has now
been aggravated, lets look at the following document:

Has been under permanent torture since his arrest in 1997; and the
torture is already taking it?s toll on his health. He has other than the
physical pain and psychological effect ; developed diabetes and high blood
pressure. It is understood French Cameroons(LRC) government
is committed to punish as well as break him for daring to start an organization
like the Southern Cameroons Youth League(SCYL); which became and has remained
a strong driving force in the struggle of the people of Ambazonia(BSC).
