26th November/ Nepal, after the third round of peace talk and the closing of doors for peaceful solution of the problems facing by the nation, CPN (Maoist) is forced to continue the planned people’s war. On Wednesday chairman Prachanda declared that there is no meaning to be participate in dialogue further when the government has refused all the demands of CPN (M). The dialogue also remain fruitless.

On Friday night, the "Peoples Liberation Army" attacked several targets throughout the country. More than 20 district headquarters were targeted just after few hours of announcement of the "People’s Council" a provisional peoples body to institutionalise the "Peoples Republic of Nepal". Peoples council is the parallel government and congress of the His majesty’s government and other organs of old state. With declaration of council chairman Bhattarai declared a week of peoples action and December 7 for nation wide strike.

For the first day PLA attacked Syangja and Dang district headquarters destroyed completely. In Ghorahi, the district head quarter of Dang was attacked at around  23.00hrs. The Office of district administration, armed police district head quarter, Royal Nepal Army barrack, jail, banks, land revenue office, tax and forest offices were completely captured and destroyed. During the attack 14 soldiers including commander of the barrack and a captain also killed. Similarly battle with the police, 11 policemen including 2 inspectors killed more than 50 soldiers and policemen are injured. More than a thousand soldiers, policemen, government officials including chief district officer and DSP were arrested. All of them released shortly after.

37 prisoners were freed after the jail break. Dang is south of Rolpa and inner terai district. It is in plain land not mountain.

More than 700 guns including SLRs, SMG, LMG, very light pistols, grenade mortar, hand grenades and several thousands of ammunition were captured.

In Syanja also 14 policemen were killed including inspector, several others remained.
Jail was captured. 34 prisoners were freed. More than 150 rifles and thousands of ammunitions were captured. A commercial branch of a bank like in Dang, Doti, Ramechhap was captured. All together about 200 million Rupees of cash seized.

The PLA attacked Surkhet airport and destroyed the infrastructures including a Helicopter own by a private company using for the purpose of repression.
