Police celebrated human rights by shooting in women's conference

December 10/ Nepal, while the World celebrating the international human rights day the government of Nepal and the democratic police shot at the conference of All Nepal Women Association (Revolutionary), killed a young women, graduate student of Law campus Kathmandu, injured four others are in hospital. The killing taken place at the heart of the country, Bharatpur municipality-6, Harikirtan square of Chitwan district at 2.00 O'clock afternoon.
                                         Dead body of Gauri Sapkota

All Nepal Women Association (Revolutionary) has organised a Area conference where the inarguration ceremony was reeunning with cultural programme also hundreds of masses gathering there, just police appeared and started firing targeting the masses. From the police surprise shottinng Gauri Sapkota-24 years, a graduate student of Law killed. The bullet was crossed from her stomuch. She was not a member of the association. Other four are also seriously injured and brought Kathmandu for treatment. Among the injured-18years old Gyanu Kharel (bullets on her side and back), Rama Ghimire- district committee member of Nepal National Teachers Oranisation (bullet hit on her arm), Saraswati Pyakurel-residence of Torikhet (bullets hit on her chest and back), Sangita Khanal- residence of Gitanagar square market (four bullets on her back and side) are on srious condition.

After the 22 rounds of shotting at the women gathiring, the unsatisfied police force arrested the 9 persons, among the arrested Guru Prasad Sapkota a relatives of the Gauri was arrested while he were on the way to hospital with the injured Gauri. The police tried to stop the injured people from carrying to the hospital. The women who fell down from the shotting were insulted by police and fired again. The police force was under the command of an Inspector Deelip Busnet.

A day before a killing, home minister was spoken they have police, army and guns, which they are going to mobilise for the security of the people. At the wee hour prime minister Girija was speaking his government is promoting human rights and development, and the police under their claimed way celebrated the eve of the international day for the 52nd human rights declaration. It was not a new and surprise event made of Nepal's democracy but well planned respect for the human rights. It came in well publicise because poice brought it from the country side to the town as its daily activities celebration. The difference in country side they encircled the villages, arrested people, tourtured them, raped and gang raped the women and children and killed them in very very painful manner and distributed news "1, 2, 3… suspected maoist killed in an encounter" but here it was a city, where every body can see easily. Then on the 10th of December there was fress spice for the celebration. The western donors also becoming quite happy for the open and naked dance on their fund for good utilisation of security and development programme. The so-called western human rights businessmen were also so happy because the new tzar Altsin and Putin released the American spy because he was a spy of bigger imperialist power a guiding source. And in Nepal, they who were shot and injured are poor country's most discriminated and oppressed women. They don't have right to organise a conference publicly to fight against rape, torturs and killings. They didn't have right to meet peacefully and they can not raise their voices for equal and fundamental rights because it was not in star hotel, because it was not a meeting funded by any foreign masters, and their were no one criminal politicians invited and because there were massive support from the people where police were not invited to speak and propagate human rights and democracy.

It is also unjustify for the police to be serious about the country's situation. Because it the issue only for to receive foreign loan and aid.
